By accessing or using Neon Kisu ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service. This Service contains adult content including sexually explicit material. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account or use the Service. By using Neon Kisu, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and legally permitted to view adult content in your jurisdiction. Misrepresenting your age is a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and reporting to relevant authorities. We may request verification of your age at any time, including through third-party age verification services, and reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate this policy.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. Neon Kisu is not liable for losses arising from unauthorized access to your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to: (a) violate any applicable laws or regulations; (b) harass, abuse, or harm others; (c) attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or compromise the Service's infrastructure; (d) distribute malware or engage in phishing; (e) create content that depicts or promotes violence against real individuals; (f) generate, request, or share any content depicting minors (persons under 18) in sexual, suggestive, or nude contexts — this includes AI-generated content; (g) generate content depicting real persons without their consent; (h) attempt to bypass content safety filters or guardrails; or (i) use the Service if you are under 18 years of age. Violations of items (f) through (h) may result in immediate account termination and reporting to law enforcement including NCMEC.

5. Content

Neon Kisu characters and their associated media are the intellectual property of Neon Kisu. User-generated content, including conversation history, remains the property of the user. We do not claim ownership of your conversations. You grant us a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

6. AI Disclaimer

Neon Kisu is powered by artificial intelligence. All characters are fictional, and their responses are generated by AI models. These responses should not be interpreted as professional advice of any kind. Neon Kisu does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any AI-generated content. Users interact with the Service at their own discretion.

7. Payments & Subscriptions

Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis and will auto-renew unless cancelled before the next billing cycle. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice to existing subscribers.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine is harmful to the Service or other users. You may delete your account at any time through the Settings page. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Neon Kisu and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to Neon Kisu in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on the Service. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notification at least 14 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
